Nevastane
Food Grade Lubricants
Keystone has been a supplier to the food processing and beverage industry for over 80 years. In 1925, Keystone registered the trade name Nevastane to denote a family of lubricants manufactured from FDA acceptable ingredients and now offer a full range of premium h-1 rated lubricants used around the world.
NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration and Listing Program
All Nevastane products are formulated from ingredients meeting 1998 FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570 and are NFS registered H-1, for incidental contact with food. The NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration Program is a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program, which is based on meeting regulatory requirements for appropriate use, ingredient review and labeling verification. NFS registration letters for each Nevastane product are available from the NFS website. Go to: www.nsf.org/usda
